Hmm. I don’t see that problem. I don’t use Xcode 8 very much, but just quickly looked in the account settings and an account that I recently added to Xcode 9.2 was shown. I’m using automatic signing in all my projects and just build from within Xcode. Are you using something more complicated (for example, Fastlane, manual signing, building from the command line?)
